CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to arrival date are eligible for a full refundable deposit. Any cancelations prior to 14 days before arrival date (but less than 60 days) are eligible for 50% refund of the deposit. Your money will be refunded to you in the same form it was received, less travel insurance if purchased.
Reservations canceled 14 days or fewer are non-refundable.
In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane, future credits may apply IF there is a mandatory evacuation made by Broward County, FL EOC. NO refunds or credits will be provided due to the discomfort of nature OR Pandemics. No refunds or credits will be made for early departures.
